Pre-Call Preparation
Pre call preparation 1-2 days before:
- Can you find the GBP?
- Does it go to their website? If not, note it and ask details.
- Do they have good reviews?
- Lots of reviews?
- Does their website look good like what we have?
- What CMS is their website? (https://whatcms.org/) We need them to have wordpress.
- Do they have huge value on their website? Ahrefs.com
- Find out the city and get stories of clients in their city for the call
- Think through the pitch from the details you have from the application and your research
- Reach out for help or clarification questions.
Pre-call preparation 5-10 min before call:
- Make sure that you are in a quiet room with no interruptions or kids
- Make sure your hands are free so you can discuss with them using expression. Have pen and paper for notes. Not taking notes with a keyboard
- Make sure that you are recording the phone call / zoom call
- Have the conversation questions in front of you
- Release all attachment to the “YES” and put all attachment onto “Accurate Curiousity” to find out what they really need and if you can really help them.
